Many people are unaware that we are energy beings. We live on a planet that is very much alive, everything that exists around us is energy. Everything carries its own vibrational frequencies from plants, animals and even us, human beings. We are made up of energy, do you remember back in basic science, if they even teach basic science anymore, I am unsure but I do remember seeing my finger placed under a microscope and seeing the vibration of energy. Every part of us has a different frequency from our skin, nails, hair, to each organ in the body carries its own vibrational frequency. Our body can also change frequencies depending on our emotional and physical state.
What is Stagnant Energy? Stagnant energy is energy that gets stuck in the body through trauma and experiences that we hold onto. Holding on to grudges or traumas cause that stagnant energy to get stored in our organs and will have a downward effect on our physical health as well as our emotional and mental state.

Here are also a few tips on your own to release stagnant energy..
Meditation – Start with 10 minutes a day, sit in a comfortable quiet place and quiet the mind. When a thought comes in as we are all racing thoughts through our mind 24/7, put it to the side and continue to breath and just be still.
Breathwork – This is a great way to feel and process an emotion, rather than just dismissing it as negative, this helps the emotion to move through you and release somatically through the exhale.
Spend time in nature – Grounding, barefoot on the earth, the earth will absorb the negative energy away from the body or even taking walks in nature and breathing in fresh air, leave your thought behind and just appreciate the beauty of the planet we live on and so much a very part of.
Exercise- Exercising can also help to remove unwanted energies from the body and improve stress and overall health.
Laughter – Watch a comedy or something that makes you feel good or get out with friends and do something that brings you joy.
Write a letter of forgiveness to self or other and then burn it and release what ever it is that you have been holding onto.
