Holistic health is becoming more and more familiar to people these days. As many herbs and techniques have been around and used since ancient times. Holistic health has always been a part of my life. I rarely go to the doctor if I am ever sick, I catch a cold maybe once every few years and am a big fan of herbal medicine. I wanted to do something in holistic health so I began with my Anti-aging, Bath & Body products. And still seeking more, I came across getting certified as a Integrative Holistic & Energy Healing Practitioner, something that never crossed my mind before and I absolutely love it. There are so many different aspects under this title and amazing methods to help heal ourselves from the inside out. All healing is self healing.
About Energy Work & Healing
What is Energy Work? We are all made up of energy. Though we are here in physical form we have an infinite amount of wisdom and possibility to connect to. We can manifest all that we desire. We have life experiences that can lift us or hold us back. Getting to the root cause and working on healing ourselves and removing stagnant or repressed emotions help us to be more positive and attract more positive outcomes in our lives. This work is done by getting the client into a meditative state and discussion that helps you to gently & safely release stagnant or limiting energy patterns and beliefs from your conscious, subconscious, auric field, genetics, or at the soul level, that may be stuck from a past experience where you may still carry that emotion. Through a session we may not change the past but we can detach the emotions from it. Therefore leaving you feel empowered and allowing you to balance your life in the present and future and allow you to use your full potential giving you a more positive outlook toward your future. Allowing you to attract the things you want most in your life.
