Expand Your Conciousness



Think Outside of the Box!

During this mornings deep meditation, I was channeling information around conciousness. From our 3rd dimentional knowledge state, we consume everything that we have been taught from outside sources, such as medical institutions, education, science, marketing institutions meaning making, marketing and selling products and more. Telling you whats good for you and so we take this information as facts!! As a society we are so consumed by ourselves, our ego and our busy life and all that keeps us busy and occupied and when we relax we consume more information via the tel-a-vision or our phones through ads, comercials and shows. So we are constantly being programmed and therfor this becomes our reality. We take this information that we consume within our reality and give them so much power that they become facts. So we build our awareness within such a small space, lets use a box as an analagy. Because our conciousness which is your awareness is so small and only contained in this box, we cant expand our knowledge outside of this box because we dont believe that anything else exists outside of this box. And through our programming we have been conditioned through fear and manipulation to not look further from the information we have been taught and so that becomes the extent of our knowledge and some people may never leave that box.


When you begin to meditate it then clears your mind allowing space and with that space you may become more clear minded, energized and curious. That curiosity may lead you to venture outside of that box and now you are building a new pathway. There is light on the path but nothing exists until you begin to research and build new experiences. Then those experiences become data and now your box begins to expand a little. The more that you step out of the box and build new pathways and experiences the box expands and your conciousness expands.


Warning, once your conciousness begins to expand, you will start to question your reality and all that you have been taught and then those facts that you held onto so tightly may not fully make sense, you will notice missing pieces to the puzzle or that things dont quite add up and so you start to grow and as you grow and heal and release what you believed as facts as you are now expanding your conciousness, you begin to activate your own intuition and you can start seeing things more clearly and making better disisions for your health and your lifes path. You then build a whole different reality and it just gets better and better as you expand.


I love meditation because that’s what it does, it provides space so that you can expand your consciousness, but in order to grow, you have to get out of your comfort zone, you have to step out of the box. You have to face the things that you’re afraid of!! If you don’t, you may stay stuck and looped into a reality that was created for you and not by you!


How to Expand Your Conciousness!

Expanding your consciousness involves broadening your awareness, understanding, and perception of yourself and the world around you. Here are several ways to achieve this:


1. Meditation and Mindfulness

  • Practice Daily Meditation: Spend at least 10-20 minutes a day meditating. Focus on your breath, observe your thoughts without judgment, and bring your attention to the present moment.

  • Mindfulness Exercises: Engage in activities mindfully, whether it’s eating, walking, or doing chores. Pay full attention to the sensations, sounds, and feelings during these activities.

2. Reading and Learning

  • Read Books on Consciousness and Spirituality: Explore works by authors like Eckhart Tolle, and Alan Watts.

  • Take Online Courses: Enroll in courses that delve into topics like philosophy, spirituality, and psychology to deepen your understanding.

3. Practice Gratitude

  • Keep a Gratitude Journal: Write down three things you are grateful for each day. This practice can shift your focus to positive aspects of life and enhance your overall awareness.

4. Explore Nature

  • Spend Time Outdoors: Regularly immerse yourself in nature. Go for walks, hikes, or simply sit in a park. Nature can help ground you and connect you to a greater sense of being.

  • Nature Meditation: Meditate outside and focus on the sounds, sights, and smells of nature.

5. Healthy Lifestyle

  • Eat Mindfully: Choose whole, nutritious foods and be aware of how they affect your body and mind.

  • Exercise Regularly: Engage in physical activities like yoga, tai chi, or regular workouts to maintain physical health and improve mental clarity.

6. Creative Expression

  • Engage in Creative Activities: Write, paint, dance, or play music. Creative expression can help you tap into deeper aspects of your consciousness.

  • Journaling: Write about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences regularly. This can help you process and understand your inner world.

7. Practice Self-Reflection

  • Reflect on Your Experiences: Spend time analyzing your daily experiences and interactions. Consider what you’ve learned and how you can grow from them.

  • Set Intentions: Regularly set intentions for your personal growth and reflect on your progress.

8. Seek Spiritual Guidance

  • Find a Mentor or Spiritual Guide: Connect with someone who can offer wisdom and guidance on your spiritual journey.

  • Join a Spiritual Community: Participate in group activities, discussions, or workshops that align with your spiritual interests.

9. Travel and Cultural Experiences

  • Explore New Cultures: Travel to different places and immerse yourself in various cultures. This can broaden your perspective and understanding of the world.

  • Learn New Languages: Studying a new language can enhance your cognitive abilities and open up new ways of thinking.

10. Energy Healing and Body Work

  • Reiki and Energy Healing: Receive or learn to practice energy healing techniques like Reiki to balance your energy and enhance your spiritual awareness.

  • Bodywork: Engage in practices like acupuncture, massage, or reflexology to release physical and emotional blockages.

11. Visualization and Affirmations

  • Guided Visualizations: Use guided meditation or visualization techniques to explore different aspects of your consciousness.

  • Positive Affirmations: Regularly affirm positive beliefs about yourself and your life to reprogram your subconscious mind.

12. Sound Therapy

  • Binaural Beats and Solfeggio Frequencies: Listen to specific sound frequencies that are believed to enhance brain function and promote healing.

  • Sound Baths: Participate in sound baths or use singing bowls and gongs to experience the therapeutic effects of sound.

13. Practice Compassion and Kindness

  • Volunteer: Help others in need. Acts of compassion can expand your sense of connection and purpose.

  • Practice Loving-Kindness Meditation: Focus on cultivating compassion and sending positive intentions to yourself and others.


By integrating these practices into your daily life, you can progressively expand your consciousness and deepen your understanding of yourself and the universe.
