Turmeric
· Turmeric is a product of Curcuma longa, a rhizomatous herbaceous perennial plant belonging to the ginger family Zingiberaceae and is native to south-east Asia and is widely cultivated in India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, China, Taiwan, Peru, Haiti, and Jamaica. It contains more than 300 naturally occurring components including beta-carotene, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), calcium, flavonoids, fiber, iron, niacin, potassium, zinc and other nutrients. But the chemical in turmeric linked to its most highly health effects is curcumin, its antioxidants which protect skin by limiting the production of free radicals, which can damage skin cells. Antioxidants in skin care products can do a lot for the health and appearance of your skin, including reducing the signs of aging. In addition It has anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial benefits and can work wonders on condition-riddled skin. It can help reduce redness from blemishes and calm skin conditions like eczema and rosacea. Turmeric is excellent for acne because it is a natural antiseptic and helps to keep bacteria from spreading. Though turmeric can leave a slight yellowish color on skin. “Which I have indicated in the product description by the way but does absorb quickly.” The use of turmeric dates back nearly 4000 years. Paprika
Paprika originated in central Mexico, it is a ground spice made from dried red fruits of the larger and sweeter varieties of the plant Capsicum annuum. Has anti-ageing benefits and is rich in beta-carotene, which gets converted to vitamin A in the body. Vitamin A is essential in the role of maintain healthy skin. Other nutrients in paprika are iron, riboflavin, vitamin E, vitamin B6, niacin, and potassium. When applied to the skin it can aid in wrinkle prevention, improve your complexion by restricting the production of melanin, which is responsible for making your skin darker. It has antibacterial properties, can aid in treatment of skin problems caused by bacteria, such as acne. It is used in many cosmetic, skin and hair products.
Goji Berry
Goji berry, also called the wolfberry, is a bright orange-red berry that comes from a shrub that's native to China. These berries contain high levels of mount of vitamin C, great for firming and tightening skin and help reduce the appearance of age spots. Goji berries are very nutrient-dense. The bright red color of goji berries comes from their high content of beta-carotene. Also contain amino acids, carotenoids, zeaxanthin, lutein, beta-cryptoxanthin, lycopene, high in nutrients of vitamin B and minerals including iron, zinc, copper, calcium, and selenium. The berry powder is essential good for its anti-aging properties.
Rose Pedal Powder
Rose Pedal Powder believed to have originated from Persia, extremely rich in antioxidants as well as rich with anti-bacterial properties along with Vitamin K, C and B. Helps with oily skin, its absorbent so it absorbs excess oils and balances oil production when it’s used over time.
