Lodging – All lodging included in clean and comfortable rental properties. We hope to spend time outdoors as well to do some grounding in nature, hikes, smimmimg, other out door activities depending on season and location. We can build a fire, also find time to relax and do some beautiful star gazing in the evening. Each itinarary will provide full detail. These Retreats will be a lot of fun.

 

Meals & Snacks/Drinks – Everything will be provided. We aim to keep our bodies in a higher vibrational state by eating fairly healthy during our Retreat. We will touch base regarding the specific meals closer to the event. I will also reach out to check on individuals to see if they have any food allergies, whether or not some lady’s may be vegan, vegetarian and so on. 

 

Ceremonial Practices – These will be fun activities with positive intent such as drinking Cacao which is a healthy drink for the body and opens the heart chakra.

 

Meditations & Breathwork – We will practice different meditations and different forms of breathwork. Both are huge and important for the health of our mind, body, spirit connection and overall health. In addition, these practices stimulate and open our 7 main chakra points.

 

Workshops – These workshops first off will be fun activities and beneficial for your healing journey. They will be a compilation of all the different healing methods to release energy from the body, help you heal, activate our chakras, understand the importance of mind body spirit connection and connect with other women who are here for the same purpose. You will gain a clearer understanding of how to better take care of yourself, how to eliminate holding onto energies that can cause illness therefor you are learning about having a healthy relationship with self. You will learn about the energy points in the body called chakras and what they control in the body and so much more… And best if all, you can continue the healing after the Retreat and apply these methods to your everyday life and continue to use them.

 

Hiking/Other Activities – We are planning to go on beautiful hikes or other activities depending on season and location. We may do paddle boarding, a beach day or some outdoor activity to get out into nature. Exercise and getting into nature is a huge important must do for everyone. We need to be more in touch with nature and ground our energy. The earth is a huge tool for absorbing negative energies from our body. Gaia is glad to do that for each and everyone of us. And fresh air in our lungs is so important for our health. This will be a fun activity, what ever we chose. 

 

Healing Sessions – Each person will get a one on one healing session for 1 hour as we only have so much time, but in that time frame you will feel so much better. So be prepared to release what no longer serves you so you can start a new chapter, a healthier version of you!! Fun Healing Activities – We will incorporate additional time to just sit back, chat, watch the stars, do a little sun gazing in the morning, get in touch with all of the wonders around us. Take the time to notice the beauty that gives us life and energy through the moon, the stars, the sun, the earth. This is time to connect with other beautiful souls, laugh, heal and release.
